I am excited and honored to be selected to run the NYC Marathon for Tina's Wish this year.  My mother-in-law Lore Hill passed away a few years ago from ovarian cancer. She immigrated from Germany as a nurse after WWII and established life and a family in the mountains of NC.  She was always one of the kindest souls you would ever meet, always caring for others and putting their needs first.  She was always an inspiration to my wife as her mother and later to me and our family.  My hope is that through the fundraising with the NYC Marathon I can contribute to Tina's Wish in memory of Lore Hill and help further the fight against ovarian cancer.
