Thanks for taking the time to visit my EPIC 2015 Just Giving page.

 I am taking on an EPIC year of physical and mental challenges across the UK, covering well over 1500 miles and beating hundreds of obstacles to raise funds for Sound Sense Respite & Entertainment. 

 I will be taking on around 30 challenges in the year, covering over 2000 km. To put that in perspective it is the distance of over 50 marathons. My training has begun but I will start the years first event on 1st of February by taking on the Tough Guy assault course, this is the toughest obstacle course in the country and in freezing temperatures. I will take part in 30 +  other endurance events including 6 Spartan assault courses 2 of which are half marathons across bogs and moor land and taking on very tough obstacles like atlas ball carries & freezing lake swims. I will also lead a team on the Coast 2 Coast bike ride which is approx 150 miles and a team through the 5km Manchester Spartan Sprint. The EPIC year will finish on the 31st January at Tough Guy 2016. Rounding off the year where I started. Please support my suffering by helping those that really suffer by easing their pain and helping Sound Sense put a smile on their faces.
