Thanks for visiting our fundraising page.
On the 16th of June we'll be joining a band of cyclists called The Fireflies and setting out on an epic 1000km ride over the most punishing mountains in the French Alps. Among these will be Mont Ventoux, 'The Giant of Provence', which Lance Armstrong describes as "the hardest climb in the Tour de France, bar none".
Wicked.
So why on earth are we embarking on this journey of utter madness?
Well, our prime motive is to raise as much cash as possible for Leuka, a charity set up to support a research and treatment unit for leukaemia at Hammersmith Hospital in London. Your generous contributions, whatever the amount, really will go a long way.
Donating through Justgiving is quick, easy and totally secure. It’s also the most efficient way to sponsor us: Leuka gets your money faster and, if you’re a UK taxpayer, Justgiving makes sure 25% in Gift Aid, plus a 3% supplement, are added to your donation.
So please sponsor us now.
Nice one.
Cheers,
Kev & Dave
For those who suffer we ride.
