Hi Everyone, 

This year I am once again taking part in the 10k Royal Marine Commando Challenge in memory of the amazing Lily- Mae Jeffries. For those of you who do not know the story of Lily- Mae Jeffries...Lily- Mae was involved in a road traffic accident last March along with her 2 sisters ( Kaycee Ann and Annabella ) and their great grandmother, sadly Lily- Mae could not overcome her injuries and passed away at the tender age of 5.

Lily- Mae touched the hearts of everyone she met and was an amazing little girl and both myself and my son Ben miss her very very much. Lily would brighten a room with her wonderful smile and laughter and she gave the most amazing hugs.

I am taking part again to show my continued support to Charlene and John and because I am a " Lily's Sparkle Helper". 

Please help support this worthwhile cause as you never know when you might need the aid of the Air ambulance... Give as little or as much as you can.
