We empower disadvantaged young people to learn, earn and grow with Futuremakers

Story

With Coivid-19 hits the word, millions people have suffered from public health service crisis and economy recessions. Challenges are multiplied for young people from low-income households to access education or to make a living. Hence we have joined Standard Chartered Home Run Challenge to raise fund for FutureMakers projects. It is an initiative to help disadvantaged young people, especially young girls and people with visual impairments. you can read more under: https://www.sc.com/en/sustainability/investing-in-communities/#futuremakers

I joined the challenge after knowing it’s a team effort, and am glad I can contribute in my way as I may still not be doing much to give back to the less fortunate. I run/trek as a hobby as during lock down, all gyms were shut. My goal is to do 40km by next week. This is most of our first time running for fundraising, we hope you can help with any cents possible and we may even get the rest of us (especially runners among us) to join in and help our Standard Chartered charity cause.

Thank you in advance for your support mentally/financially/physically in any way

My target is to hit 40km by mid July, your support encourage me and my team to go further! Thank you in advance

Donating through JustGiving is simple, and secure, once you donate, the funds is sent directly to Standard Chartered foundation, so it's the most efficient way to give - time and cost saving for charity
