Dear all,
Thank you for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page. And here is why I have set up this page and ask for your support:
In August I will try to get to the top of Peak Lenin in Kyrgisistan, Pamir. Its 7130m will be quite a challenge. But I guess to grow up on the streets without the security of a family, without education, without a childhood really, is a much bigger challenge.
I would be therefore very grateful if you would sponsor my attempt to climb Peak Lenin and thus help to raise money for RETRAK. RETRAK aims to establish locally relevant models in the care of street and former street children, to build the capacity of local organisations working with street children in Africa and to raise awareness of the issues faced by street children and to speak out on their behalf.
Regardless if I will make it or not: I will give my best. Thank you for also giving your best and help enable the kids on the streets to realise their potential and make a real positive difference in their life.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer.
I thank you so very much for helping the children, and I also would like to thank you for your tremendous support in my attempt to get up that mountain!
