I am doing yet another charity walk for the very worthwhile charity Dogs for the Disabled.  Trekking the Inca trail up to Machu Picchu..4000 metres up!!!!!!!  Going to be getting to the gym to get ready for this.  I need to raise £2900 and if you can help in anyway it really would mean so much.
