Little more than a month to go I will be completing the Brecon 26 mile trek with my sister, family & friends, to raise money for the Alzheimer's Society. This is in memory of Dad, Peter Sexton, who endured this horrible illness and sadly passed away in March. The father we knew slowly disappeared over five years and this ambiguous loss was a struggle for us all, not least Dad. He was brave to the very end and I'm sure I'll need to draw on his strength and sense of humour, to get me through this day.
