Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page.

I (Kayla) was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes in April 2021. It would be great if diabetes was more noticed. I am doing the 400,000 step challenge because I want to raise money for a cure.  Before I had a pump I had to have loads of injections for every meal and in the morning and night. Also before I had a sensor, I had to take finger pricks every two hours or less.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving - they'll never sell them on or send unwanted emails.
