In a moment of madness I decided that I would take part in this years Great North Run, raising money for Bowel Cancer UK.  My fundraising target is a minimum of £350.00 so every penny counts!  So please donate now - before I realise what I am getting myself in to!  Once you have donated I will have to run, walk - or crawl my way over the finish line!!
