On the 23rd July 1995, my family's life was changed forever. On that day we were woken by the police to tell us that my sister, Emma had died suddenly in her sleep. After weeks of post-mortem testing, no cause for her death was found and therefore her death was attributed to Sudden Arrhythmic Death Syndrome.

This year marks 20 years of her passing and I want to raise as much as possible for the SADS UK charity, who raise awareness, provide counselling for affected families amongst other activities.
