This year I have decided to do the charity walk for MIND.

At some point in most people life they have need support with metal heath (There is no shame in that). As most of my family and friends know I did not do well during Covid, I was shielding and being on my own for over 12 hours a day with no one to talk to and has  you know I can talk for England, this was extremely difficult for me. 

Eventually, I did have a meltdown and I had to ask for my husband’s help, I ended up doing CBT and this did help me. I still suffer with anxiety and stress. However I am coping well with it. So I’m asking if all my family friends can help me raise some money, and to raise the profile on mind. 

I would like to take this opportunity to thank everybody that has supported me over the years.
