Story

Hi - thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

On Sunday 25th April I ran the Shakespeare Half Marathon.  I finished in 2 hours 8 minutes which was a good time for me, particularly as I had a dodgy ankle and the weather was rather too warm and sunny for running (great for sitting by the river with a g&t though!).   I ran it to raise money for a charity called Debra which supports people with a genetic skin condition - epidermolysis bullosa - which means the skin blisters very easily causing pain and disability.  Some members of my family have a mild form of this condition.  You can see more about Debra's work to the left of this message.

There is still time to sponsor me for this worthwhile cause.   Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate - I raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity.

Thank you very much!
