Going for the chop!, 16 May 2015
We provide specialist care to children with life-limiting illness

Story

On Saturday May 16th I will be getting 10 inches of my hair cut off and I will be donating it to the Little Princess Trust, a UK charity who make real hair wigs for boys and girls who have lost their own hair through cancer treatment.

I also want to raise money for the Northern Ireland Children's Hospice who do an amazing job providing care and support to children and young people with life-limiting conditions as well provide support to their parents and carers.

It has taken me over four years to grow my hair but I couldn't pass up the opportunity to help support two such worthwhile causes!

My target is £503 for the Northern Ireland Children's Hospice. £503 will provide full care for a child for 24 hours or 10 counselling sessions. It would be wonderful to reach my goal and I hope you can all help me to achieve this. No donation is too small and I appreciate any money you could spare.

Some of my friends are kindly coming along with me to photograph the whole process which I will share with you all afterwards!
