It's that time of year again, where I struggle to get into my wet suit and swim in various stretches of open water. That's right - open water, where the water is always at tropical temperatures :shiver: however, I am just as determined to succeed and complete the mile(s).

This year I am swimming the following in support of Macmillan Cancer Support and Alzheimer's Society:
