Story
I am doing the Coventry Leofric Lions Walkathon on Sunday 13th May 2018 hopefully with a team of walkers in memory of my father Ron Smith and to raise money for The Myton Hospices. My Dad suffered a short and sudden illness in 2016 and was cared for by Coventry Myton Hospice. My Dad and I shared many walks together throughout my childhood into my adult life and we shared a huge love of nature and the outdoors. I thought that the Walkathon was a great opportunity to put something back into Myton Hospice. Please help me to raise some much needed funds for Myton Hospice in a way that my Dad would have loved. If you could find it in your heart to doante as much as you can, I would be so grateful.
Thank you
Kerry
At The Myton Hospices we believe that everyone matters for every single moment of their life; we focus on enhancing life when cure is no longer an option. We are leaders in compassionate end of life care; our work centres on our patients and involving them in decisions about their care. Perhaps most importantly we give them more quality time with their loved ones.Last year we supported more than 1,400 people and their families, in our three hospices, via our patient & family support services, and in the community through Myton at Home.
