Thanks for visiting my Race for Life page. 

This past year has been a real eye opener for me. This is because someone I know very well had been diagnosed with Breast Cancer. I have seen the impact on such a diagnosis on her, her family and her friends. I have been there through her struggle. However even with cancer both her constant determination and positivity throughout the diagnosis and treatment has inspired me to do much more this year for cancer research.

Last year I ran the 5k and raised £710.74, due to the amazing charitable policy from GBST who matched my sponsorship of £355.37.

I have decided to jog the 10k race for life on June 8th. I am not much of a runner/jogger so this will be a huge challenge for me - yet it is nothing compared to what so many people who get diagnosed with cancer go through.

So please sponsor me and lets work towards making cancer a less scary word and a much more manageable condition.
