As anyone who know me will tell you how much I hate running. However, when my friend Zoe asked me to do this run with her for shine I couldn’t say no. They have been an amazing supper for her and Rob and of course the beautiful little Ayva. I did try for a hike, but she is making me run. So please all help me reach the target and enjoy knowing I will hate ever second of a 10k run
