I shaved off all of my hair to raise money for charity in March 2011. It was a big challenge for me to lose my hair, and God taught me a lot of lessons: such as sacrificing my pride and vanity, and putting what he thinks of me first, above what other people think of me. This time I am CUTTING off my hair to give to Little Princess Trust, which makes wigs for children with cancer. (Two-and-a-half years' worth of careful hair growth equates to a length of about 10 inches of very thick hair! It's been so challenging to maintain during the heat of the summer, that I am almost looking forward to having it short, although not as short as it will be!) Any money raised will go to London City Mission, to aid them in their life-transforming work.
