On Sunday 17 October I am running in the Cambridge Half Marathon, raising money for Cambridge Rape Crisis Centre (CRCC).

CRCC offer confidential support, counselling, advocacy support and advice to women and girls across Cambridgeshire who have been impacted by rape and sexual violence. 

CRCC support more than one thousand women and girls every year and their amazing work would not be possible without donations. 

£20 will give an information pack to three survivors.

£50 enables a woman to access counselling. 

£100 helps to recruit and train helpline volunteers.

£500 keeps the telephone line open for six months.
