Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

From July 14th to September 22nd, that's 10 weeks incase you wanted to know, my target is to walk the equivalent number of steps as it would take to walk round all the season 2011/12 SPL club grounds with the addition of Hamilton Accies. The total number of steps I am aiming to complete is 1,050,000 for this part and a further 30,000 for walking up and down Ben Nevis on the final day.

Most of you will know that I "do" the Ben every year but for those of you who don't, I do it in memory of my Dad and to raise much needed funds for the hospice where he spent his final few peaceful days. This will be my fifth year of taking part in the Hospice's sponsored walk and I thought that i'd like to put a bit more effort in on my part and change it up a little so hence the "million steps" idea.

Once again thanks for for taking the time to visit this page and anything you can afford is greatly appreciated and dont forget to complete the gift aid as it add extra for the charity at no cost to you.
