After running a half-marathon last summer (photo left) I said "that's it, no more, I think I can check the long-distance running box". Then in January, 2010 a friend of mine said he managed to get a spot in the London Marathon (no easy task). Completely out of jealousy I called up the charity, was offered the last spot, said yes, got in car, went to gym!!!!

Clic Sargent is a great charity and I'm proud to run for them. They help children living with cancer, a disease that I'm certain has affected you or someone close to you, but thinking about children living with this disease makes my heart sink. So, please, I am working my butt off (literally) to train for this 40 km race and I hope that you can help me meet my target of £2000. Please give generously and help me achieve this goal for the kids!
