I've really enjoyed training for this run, discovering new parts of London and am so surprised at how easy it is to build up to running for two hours... never thought I'd hear myself say that!  I'm actually looking forward to the big day... and a radox bath afterwards :)

If you'd like to donate a little you''ll be supporting the Mayhew Animal House - a great charity helping neglected/abused animals, finding lost pets, and doing this really cool thing called 'Therapaws'. They visit elderly care homes, residential homes and community day centres with their dogs, cats and rabbits to stimulate and interact with the residents.
