I first saw some editorial about The Cumbria Challenge in the local newspaper - it really struck a cord with me and I thought this would be a great way to raise funds and be challenging too. I brought the challenge up at the next staff meeting and soon had the extra 3 team members required to enter. I am so pleased that all the staff have been supportive and enthusiastic and of course I'm grateful to my team members - Tez, Tom & Geoff for giving up their time for this brilliant cause.
