Ken Ross has agreed to shave off his beard if we raise £1,500 for the orphans.

Which orphans had yet to be decided, and then the floods in Pakistan happened. So we've decided to give the money to Tearfund, which is doing a lot of good work out there.
When the money's in, the beard's off!
