 Run From London To Milton Keynes 2 days 70 miles along the Grand Union Canal
Climb Idwal Slab in Wales. (I`m petrified of heights and being on the side of a cliff, PETRIFIED!)
Run www.ultra5k.co.uk with a 31lb pack on. 5k on the hour every hour for 5 hours.
I believe a charity challenge must take you way beyond your comfort zone. This does. We have all seen the awful footage of the people of Ukraine having to flee their homes, fighting to save their lives and their futures. I cannot stand back and watch without trying to help and this is the best I can do. Please help me help them by donating any amount. Sincere thanks. Ken Parsons
