This is an epic 15km of ocean swimming around the Scilly Isles off the SW coast of England.  The swim is split in to 6 sections with a short walk across each island between each swim :

St Mary's - St Agnes (2.9km)

St Agnes - Samson (4.8km)

Samson - Bryher (1.0km)

Bryher - Tresco (0.6km)

Tresco - St Martin's (2.3km)

St Martins - St Mary's (2.8km)

Whilst it isn't as far as the Windermere swim I did a few years ago, this is subject to the vagaries of swimming in the middle of the Celtic Ocean eg : salt water, sea life (sharks, jellyfish, seals), currents, tides, waves, weather.
