I will be running the London Marathon on 26 April 2020 for a charity very close to my heart, Cancer Research UK. 

I am taking on this challenge in memory of all my loved ones that sadly lost there battles to cancer and were taken from us too soon. 

I’m running for my dad, who was diagnosed with stage 1 prostate cancer in 2017. Luckily, with early diagnosis & radiotherapy treatment, he is living proof that cancer will not win! 

Most of all for my beautiful mum, who we sadly lost in 2004. After initially battling skin cancer, it was less than a year later that the cancer returned, this time in her liver, lungs and lymph nodes. Unfortunately, her battle came to an end shortly after her diagnosis. She will always be the brightest star in the sky & i am so proud to be doing this in her memory.
