In April, I'll be joining 20 other women to complete the first Aviv UK challenge.  We'll be working at a one of WIZO's flagship refuge facilities for abused women and their children building a holistic garden, painting murals, helping the children and teaching in the kitchens.  It should be an emotionally and physically challenging week.
