Story
Jake recently come to me and asked if he could do something to raise money for charity, after I had finished crying and squeezing him for asking to do something that will help others I asked him what it was he wanted to do? He replied ‘I don’t know maybe a bike ride’ I said of course what charity would you like to do it for? He said ‘cancer’ I have to say for a 9 year old boy he really does have a heart of gold and really does think about others. He’s getting to that age where he knows what cancer can do to people and has been very interested and asked so many questions about a friend of mine who has recently been through treatment for cancer and is now thankfully is now in remission.
I feel like the proudest mum in the world right now, he makes me proud everyday with what he has dealt with in the last 3 and a half years.
I understand everybody is struggling with lockdown and work ect right now but if you can spare just a pound to help him raise as much money as possible, this will make his year and will ask give him such a confidence boost.
