As some of you are aware, my colleague and dear friend Debbie Radford was involved in a horse riding accident a few weeks ago and sadly passed away.  I was already signed up for the Southend Half Marathon on Sunday 10th June and have now decided to raise money for the Essex Air Ambulance Service in memory of Debbie (as they played a significant part in helping Debbie immediately after the accident).
