July 6th 2008-My brave and special Dad lost his battle with the awful disease that is cancer.Dad was only 50yrs old and should have been enjoying his retirement from the police force with my beautiful Mum!! During Dads 9 month battle he had very complex symptoms and he had the oppurtunity to have these symptoms managed at LOROS.  

LOROS supported Dad physically,mentally,emotionally and with great care and compassion as well as supporting us as a family. Nothing was too much trouble at LOROS!

Dads dying wish was to be at home.LOROS supported us in enabling this to happen and the Drs were only at the end of the phone if we needed them.

Dad loved chocolate,I love chocolate and feel that giving it up for a month is going to be a difficult challenge for me especially with it being easter,however Its 8 years this year that Dad was taken from me and I want to give something back to LOROS-so please if you can support me and make a donation to LOROS using my just giving page, Dad and I would really appreciate it.
