I have two sisters and they are my best friends in the whole world: I love them dearly!

Sadly, my younger sister is severely affected my bi-polar, depressive episodes and is currently in a psychiatric hospital trying to get better. The mental illness dulls the light in her eyes but we want to help her! We wanted to push ourselves mentally and physically to the limits to help see what she faces everyday.

She is so brave and wonderful and I know she can battle through her dark times.

I am hoping to survive the Tough Mudder challenge with a smile on my face... We can beat this together VV.
