On the 1st July 2012, I will be taking part in a 30 mile bike ride, from Haywards Heath to Hove Seafront, with my Horsemart Ladies! As you all well know, I have absolutely no level of fitness or stamina, so this really is a challenge!! ;-) As the saying goes...go hard or go home! And us girlies don't do things by halves!
