2013 was a bad year for myself family and friends due to one thing Cancer!

Through the year I watched family and members and good friends suffer as there loved ones pass away to this horrible illness.

I ended the year watching my family member suffer and then passed away after a long battle throughout the year.To watch someone suffer and knowing you can't help is heartbreaking and leaves you with a empty feeling in your heart.

Overgate is one of the many hospices that provide a amazing service to patients and there family's and are a worthy cause.

Me and my crazy friend Louise have decided to run the Leeds half Marathon to help raise some money.Please believe me when I say we are taking this serious as training has already began.Rain or shine we will run! Please dig deep and any donate is gratefully received! Thanks again xx
