Hey everyone i am running the london marathon. I am running for Headway surrey they are a charity who work with people and their families who have suffered with brain injury. Traumatic Brain Injury accounts for 25% of all accidental deaths.

Damage to the brain from a brain injury can result in physical, emotional, psychological and practical problems. Suddenly, one's whole life expectations may change. Career prospects, relationships with family and friends, personal goals and ambitions may change in an instant. This charity has a personal meaning to me as we lost a family member to brain injury and brain injury can also happen as result of a stroke and we run a high instance of stroke within my family and i found out a few years back that i suffer from migraine with aura which can also cause an increased risk of stroke and when combined with certain medications the risk is higher so i have a strong desire to help raise money for this charity who do an amzing job working to help make the lives better for those who have been affected by brain injury. So please help me in secureing better care and research into treating those affected by brain injury every donation counts. Thankyou for taking the time to read this.
