As a family we have been raising funds for the Royal Voluntary Service for the past few years. As many people know my husband John has already run 2 Marathons for RVS. Now it's my turn!

The Royal Voluntary Services plays a vital role in helping to enrich the lives of older people out in local communities.

RVS gives support to elderly people,  helping them to keep active and social, and to live independent lives.

Volunteers run clubs, visit the elderly in their homes, and assist the less mobile to get out and about. All helping to prevent loneliness and isolation!
