Barrington Survivors Fund provides survivors calling WINGS hotline from Barrington with needed resources such as emergency housing, counseling, and transportation assistance. A portion of the Fund provides training to medical professionals at medical institutions in Barrington of the prevalence of domestic violence, WINGS services and effective ways to screen patients for domestic violence. The Fund will also be utilized for projects arising at the WINGS Barrington Transitional home.WINGS is looking to match a $15,000 dollar for dollar donation from the Barrington Area Community Foundation to amplify the impact of this fund.
