i really do hate to ask for sponsorship but this is something I am doing that is very close to my heart and will effect so many of us during our lives unfortunately. It is sad that there is still no cure for cancer and that is why it is so important we have charities to support us and our loved ones through one of the toughest fights we will ever have to Face in life.

I will be running 10k on fathers day to support Macmillan Cancer support so please donate anything you can for a very good cause we all may need to turn to one day, or already have.

I am not quite as fit as I was before I had vinnie but I shall be making every effort to complete this race in a decent time as well......even iff my hip or back does click when i run.Ha ha.
