On 13th August myself and Lilia will be doing a 26 mile trek in the Peak District raising money for the Alzheimers Society. 

This disease is one that has touched our families lives recently and one that is still not talked about enough. The effects it has on the person suffering and also the people living through it with them is certainly very tough.

This is going to be a huge challenge for us both but something I really want to achieve to help with my own mental well-being this year too and to feel that I am doing something to help.
