After supporting a fellow dentist and my best friend Joanna Morrison through "just giving" for this worthy cause, I checked my diary in my own practice and decided my time is something I could also give.

On the 1st of May this year we plan to visit Hunedoara in Romania with Vision Romania.  Every year this charity runs a respite camp for young adults living with a disability.  This area is very isolated and deprived and the charity provides the families with comfortable accommodation, healthy meals and health care. 

To assist with this my role as a dentist will be to provide much needed dental care where access to dental care is very limited and oral health poor.

As is the case for my friend my addition to the team is very last minute and fund raising must be in place to provide for travel, accommodation and to contribute to the running costs of this much need camp.

Any help for this worthy cause would be GREATLY appreciated and I can assure I will do all I can in my short time to improve the health of the  young adults living with a disability and their families whilst in camp.
