As many know I recently lost my beautiful grandmother due to her early on set of dementia after this I have decided to do this walk with a few of my family members to support other families that are going through what we experienced, I am hoping to raise as much as I possibly can to support this brilliant charity and make my grandmother proud one last time as I know she will be watching us all from wherever she is up there ❤ Let's take on dementia together!
