The HOKA Highland Fling is a 53 mile ultra marathon which is run along the southern half of the West Highland Way starting in Milngavie and finishing in the scenic village of Tynedrum. I've never ran a half marathon let alone an ultra marathon. I along with 10 other Royal Marines have set ourselves the challenge of completing the course in the time allowed. I am raising funds on behalf of the NET Patient Foundation and all donations are appreciated.

 

An update on the event. The day was perfect for the run and although very tiring it was a success with 8 of 9 runners finishing the route. many thanks to every one who has donated.
