Story
In late July 2019, we all lost a big part of our lives as a father, husband, friend and work colleague. My dad, Keith Hill passed away from Pancreatic Cancer at the age of 58 at Oakhaven Hospice in Lymington.
When diagnosed back in January 2018, dad was told the vast majority of people have limited chances of survival and recovery. Dad’s strength and character fought two extremely tough Chemotherapy treatments before losing his battle.
This year, Keith would have been 60 years old and in his memory, I will be taking place in the Great South Run on Sunday 17th October 2021.
Pancreatic cancer UK is a charity supporting people now, campaigning and funding vital research to transform the future.
Dad loved to talk about his running lifestyle and the half marathons he completed! So I guess it’s time for mini-Hill to show case his running ability!
