Story
What a day! So privileged to have run the London Marathon for Bliss! Very hot conditions but made it to the finish with the help of the fabulous crowds, fellow runners, organisers, family, friends and the great Bliss team!
Thank you everyone!
I’ve chosen to fundraise for Bliss because I want to make a real difference to the 95,000 babies born premature or sick every year.
In 2010, two of those babies were our twins, Jack and Charlie. Weighing in at just over two pounds, it was a stressful time! After 7 weeks at the hospital we went home. The work Bliss do for premature babies and their families is very important to us and I hope will inspire you to sponsor this slightly mad first time marathon runner. Eight years on Jack and Charlie are thriving - if I can harness half their energy, I may even finish!
THANK YOU FOR SPONSORING ME - we very much appreciate it!
