When I first signed up for this 60 mile cycle, I assumed I could do it over 3 days - mistake.  I may never walk the same way again!! 

I am now officially a MAMIL (Middle Aged Man In Lycra) and it makes the family laugh every time they see me togged up!  It is quite a sight!!
