If Seraph is accepted onto the vaccine clinical trial in New York he will access the treatment in June. His family are continuing to fundraise in case he needs any further treatment that is not available on the NHS.

Story

I have been rather moved by the story of Seraph at my daughter's school. He is a 4 year old boy who has been fighting Neuroblastoma for 2 years now and is nearing the end of his treatment.

Almost half of the children who make it through frontline treatment relapse. It means that Seraphs family are fundraising £237,000 for the Bivalent Vaccine clinical trial, currently only available at Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center in the US. Not yet offered in the UK, this is Seraph's best chance of living a cancer free life. To date his family have done amazingly well and raised around £112,000 but there is still a long way to go.

I would like to do my bit to help them by raising sponsorship for taking part in (and hopefully finishing!) the Outlaw Half Ironman in Nottingham on May 19th.
