Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

We as a family are doing the Yorkhill 10K Sponsored Walk in aid of our daughter Keira because without them we wouldn't have her here with us today!

Keira was diagnosed with Transposition of the Great Arteries & Bicuspid Pulmonary Valves. (via our 20 week scan)
Keira passed away when born 28.3.13 for 25 minutes at 9 minutes old.
Endured heart surgery at 40 minutes old without our consent because the medical team just didn't have time to focus on signatures at the time. (very thankful they just went ahead with it all.)
She went through a 9 hour open heart surgery at 8 days old 5.4.13 to sort the TGA & BPV for now.
At the moment she has mild brain damage, Laryngomalacia & Molluscum Contagiousum.

Other than that she is now a happy, loving, content, thriving 2 year old toddler.
