Story
As many people know, I lost my dad in a car accident in January 2014. He was a keen runner and ran the GNR (half marathon) several time for MS Society, a charity close to his heart. Since coming back to Uni for my 2nd year I wanted to give myself something to work towards, to raise money for this fantastic charity; to get fit; and to equal my brother with ticking a marathon off 'the bucket list'! The Virgin London Marathon gives me the opportunity to do all this and to try and make my dad proud. "I'll never win a marathon, but by completing one, I can help win the battle against MS"
I've never ran further than 13 miles before starting my marathon training so any support along the way will be much appreciated (and needed!!) Rosie xx
