I'm proud to be an ambassador of City Hospice. They care for patients in Cardiff and the Vale of Glamorgan who are suffering from cancer and other life-limiting illnesses. They are specialists in home-based palliative care and their wonderful medical team cares for the whole family, not just the patient.

Due to the Covid 19 pandemic, all of their fundraising events have been cancelled. Having to raise £2 million this year will be a real struggle, so I have come up with a challenge that will hopefully raise much-needed funds for them.

It's called the 2020 Keep Up Challenge. I've challenged the public and some of my Welsh rugby teammates to try and do 20 keep ups with a rugby ball. I've done it, can you? It's not easy!
